Patrick is a seasoned patent attorney dedicated to guiding clients through each step of the patenting process. With a focus on patent preparation and prosecution, he has experience before both the United States and Foreign Patent Offices. Additionally, Patrick’s expertise extends to providing analysis regarding existing or potential patents and products, offering insight and opinion into invalidity, infringement, and patentability.

He has assisted a diverse number of clients ranging from startups focused on developing new products and services to established corporations with complex patent portfolios and strategies. He has extensive experience across a wide array of technologies and industries including implantable medical devices, wearable medical devices, surgical procedures, green technologies, gas and drilling systems, machine learning, object recognition, robotics, bio reactors, aerospace components and systems, autonomous vehicles, additive manufacturing, battery systems, and lighting systems, as well as holding expertise in traditional mechanical, electrical, and computer systems.

Patrick is currently pursing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
