Dillon supports clients with a variety of intellectual property (IP) matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patents. Dillon also has experience in all aspects of IP litigation, including prior art searching, invalidity/non-infringement claims, summary judgment motions, depositions, trial, and post-trial briefing.

Dillon’s technical expertise includes electrical engineering (image sensors, graphical user interfaces, and software), printer and image processing technology, and pharmaceuticals (ANDA).

Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Dillon worked as a patent litigation associate with a New York-based IP law firm. Dillon was also a summer associate at Lee & Hayes while attending law school. Additionally, Dillon served as a Patent Examiner with the USPTO in the area of printers, facsimiles, cryptography, and image processing.
