Dillon supports clients with a variety of intellectual property (IP) matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patents. Dillon’s technical expertise includes electrical engineering (image sensors, graphical user interfaces, and software), printer and image processing technology, and pharmaceuticals (ANDA). Dillon also has experience in all aspects of IP litigation, including prior art searching, invalidity/non-infringement claims, summary judgment motions, depositions, trial, and post-trial briefing.

Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Dillon worked as a patent litigation associate with a New York-based IP law firm. Dillon was also a summer associate at Lee & Hayes while attending law school. Additionally, Dillon served as a Patent Examiner with the USPTO in the area of printers, facsimiles, cryptography, and image processing.
