Hala Mourad

Hala focuses her practice on intellectual property matters. Hala has extensive experience in complex intellectual property litigation in Federal District Court and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as contentious patent proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Hala is a registered patent attorney and has handled patent prosecution matters, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her experience also includes providing transactional counseling and performing due diligence investigations for the intellectual property-related aspects in a wide range of corporate transactions.
