Dave draws from years of intellectual property experience to develop strategies that protect client investments in research and development and generate substantial intellectual property value. Dave’s technical expertise includes computer software and hardware, electrical, mechanical and electronic devices, computer peripheral devices, imaging devices, optical disk and magnetic storage devices, and Internet and network-related technologies. Prior to practicing law, Dave worked as a development engineer for a computer manufacturer selling turn-key hardware/software systems to banking and savings industries.
