Olivia is a corporate and intellectual property attorney in the firm’s Spokane, Washington office, assisting clients with various corporate, contract, and transactional matters.

Olivia is experienced in trademarks and copyrights, including clearance, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement, and has managed multinational trademark portfolios for brand name clients in the fashion and technology sectors.

As an active contributor to the partnership, operations, and expansion of multiple franchise locations in the food and fitness industries, Olivia brings a unique perspective to her practice and intimately understands the challenges facing today’s entrepreneurs.

Olivia is particularly passionate about serving the literary and creative communities, helping authors, artists, and entrepreneurs negotiate publishing deals, protect and leverage their intellectual property in the era of artificial intelligence, and build sustainable business foundations. 

Olivia is also a certified mediator for both civil and family disputes.
 
Prior to law school, Olivia helped develop an online educational platform and curriculum for a global religious organization that has prepared thousands of volunteers for international service opportunities across the world.

Olivia loves to read, write, and travel, and is conversational in Japanese.
