Christopher Lynch is an attorney fully licensed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is an intellectual property generalist – working on diverse matters including intellectual property strategy, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Chris leads the licensing group at Lee & Hayes and has worked on hundreds of technology transfers and license and enforcement matters. He has litigated numerous intellectual property matters and has argued in federal courts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Utah, and Washington D.C. Chris has strong experience in technical standards and consortia. He was the lead outside counsel for Microsoft to the Bluetooth and UPnP consortia during their critical formation stages. Chris has been appointed by the United States District Court Judges to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference as Lawyer Representative. He has served as an Adjunct Professor teaching intellectual property law for over 25 years. Currently, Chris is the Chair of the Adjunct Professor Subcommittee of the Academic Committee of the International Trademark Association.
