Tim has been assisting established and emerging clients worldwide over the last fifteen years, focusing on preparing and prosecuting patent applications, infringement and validity opinions, trademark and copyright practice and litigation.

Tim has extensive experience with computer and electrical technologies including networking, cloud computing, e-commerce, video delivery, graphics processing, telecommunications, operating systems, business methods, electronic displays, circuits, semiconductors, mobile devices, mobile applications and other application software.

Before attending law school, Tim worked as an engineer at companies supporting NASA. While working as an engineer, Tim helped train astronauts using virtual reality simulations and robotics that he helped create. Tim has also developed robotic vision systems, robotic simulations as well as 3D imaging applications for the medical field.
