Christina Saenz is an associate with the Lee & Hayes Patent Practice Group where she provides intellectual property services to companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500 companies. Christina prepares and prosecutes patent applications in a variety of technical fields, handles trademark matters, and assists with corporate formations. Throughout the course of her career, Christina has worked with many technology areas while practicing in both the prosecution and litigation fields of intellectual property. Her practice at Lee & Hayes focuses primarily on assisting clients gain protection related to software and mechanical devices.

Christina attended the University of Texas at Austin where she obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering. During her undergraduate studies, Christina interned with the Texas Commission on Environment Quality, where she worked closely with the environmental and energy groups. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she continued her work in the energy field while interning with the in-house department of an oil & gas exploration company. Since graduation, Christina has continued to work with matters relating to the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as handling numerous intellectual property matters related to mechanical devices, telecommunications, semiconductors, and software technologies.
