Sarah is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and trademark and copyright litigation. She gained invaluable experience before law school working as a litigation paralegal for nearly a decade, where she participated in numerous state, federal and mock trials, depositions, mediations, hearings, and witness interviews. Sarah also completed a complex document review overseas related to a highly-publicized lawsuit on behalf of a Fortune 500 company.

During law school, Sarah interned for Lee & Hayes and had the privilege of serving as an extern for both the Honorable Robert H. Whaley and the Honorable Stanley A. Bastian with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Her perseverance earned a spot in the top of her class and CALI Awards of Excellence for the highest grade in eleven courses.

Following law school, Sarah clerked for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington where she worked on class actions, tort claims, unfair competition, intellectual property matters, insurance disputes, contract, immigration, and banking litigation for the Eastern District and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
