Tyson Crane

Tyson’s practice focuses on large national and international companies. He counsels clients and drafts and prosecutes patent applications in a variety of technology areas including consumer electronics, computer software and hardware, semiconductor technologies, imaging processing, and mechanical devices.

While attending law school he worked as a summer associate where he responded to office actions, prepared appeal briefs, and conducted examiner interviews at the US Patent and Trademark office. Tyson also served as an Editor of the Pierce Law Review and worked as a clerk evaluating copyright issues, performing prior art searches, drafting licensing agreements, and participating in invention disclosure meetings at the Brigham Young University Technology Transfer Office.
