Trevor has extensive work experience in telecommunications, computer hardware, software, and networked systems. He also has significant experience in cases involving circuit design, wireless devices, nuclear waste/hazardous waste processing and storage, and food processing methods and equipment.
In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, Trevor has experience doing patentability search analysis and opinions and non-infringement opinions. Prior to working in the field of Intellectual Property, he was a litigation attorney with the Robson Law Firm and comes to us now from The Toler Law Group in Austin.
