At Lee & Hayes, Rhonda is Director of Patent Operations where she leads a team that supports the Patent Practice Chair and Team Leads in managing their practice teams as well as facilitating routine communications with our focus clients. She has over 20 years experience in the legal field. Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, she worked for Lukins & Annis, PS in Spokane, Washington as their Staff Accountant and was responsible for handling their financial and budgeting reports, employee benefits and administration of their 401k & profit-sharing plan.
