Peg has a wealth of knowledge in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications involving VDSL, xDSL, computer vision including connected components labeling, oil and gas data interpretation and acquisition systems, analog circuit design, DRAM technology, computer hardware including USB and IEEE 1394 circuitry, VSDL, cryptography and signal processing. She is also well versed in HTML, JAVA, FORTRAN, Matlab and C+, and assembly languages.
She has successfully litigated copyright matters involving software contractors, prosecuted trademark matters and participated with the Center for International Legal Studies conferences, speaking on issues concerning open source code and the taxation of intellectual property. Prior to patent law, Peg practiced tax law and offers a unique perspective on the intertwining of the two fields.
