Jason joins Lee & Hayes after a very successful and lengthy career with Texas Instruments where he worked as a Process Engineer in TI's Kilby Research Center since 2000 developing processes for next generation semiconductor devices. Prior to that he worked as an equipment engineer obtaining extensive hands on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and factory life safety systems.
Jason has extensive knowledge related to semiconductor processing and integration. He has worked extensively with software programmers and developers in creating and implementing control systems for semiconductor processing.
As a member of a TI patent committee, he provided technical expertise to the legal department related to patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation matters. Jason worked closely with inventors to identify protectable inventions and helped them create invention disclosures.
As a result of his technical contributions at TI, Jason was peer-elected to the technical ladder whose membership is limited to 10% of the engineering population.
