Greg represents and advises clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law.
His law practice includes extensive experience representing publicly held corporations in equity and debt financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, including advice on corporate governance and compliance matters. He represents start-up companies in all aspects of capital formation and corporate growth planning.
He has served as counsel to public company boards and special committees in a variety of matters and represented public companies and their boards in matters ranging from periodic reporting to investigations by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and other governmental agencies.
