Russell Wagstaff specializes in both design and utility patents across a wide range of technologies. He focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, both domestic and foreign, preliminary concept searching, patent clearance, opinions and evaluations of existing patents and products for invalidity, infringement, patentability, and freedom-to-operate, IP strategy, and related business and intellectual property counseling. Russell helps startups, solo inventors, and established corporations devise patent portfolio strategies and bring new products and services to market in a wide range of technologies and industries.
