Lewis Lee speaks at AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute

Phoenix, AZ – Lewis Lee speaks at AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute Lee & Hayes partner Lewis Lee was a panelist for the "Using Electronic Patent Application Filing to Land Your Next Client" session at the AIPLA Mid-Winter Institute in January. The Mid-Winter Institute took place over the course of four days in Phoenix Arizona and covered a wide range of topics to provide perspective on the best practices in IP from both in-house counsel and outside counsel.
Lewis' panel included moderator Brad DeSandro of the southwest based IP
firm Lewis & Roca and panelist Jeffrey Ranck who oversees all domestic
OC for Microsoft's patenting efforts. Lewis was invited by Mr. Ranck to speak
on this panel where Jeff and Lewis presented on ways for OC, in-house counsel,
and third party vendors (searchers, landscape firms, etc.) to work together
more effectively.
