Experienced Patent Attorneys
Lee & Hayes, an internationally known intellectual property (IP) law firm, is seeking patent attorneys with at least 3 years of law-practice experience with patent preparation and prosecution. You can help our global client base--which includes a quarter of the top 20 U.S. patent winners--procure patent protection for their inventions in primarily the computer-related technology fields (e.g., software, hardware, networking, communications, electronics, etc.) and counsel our clients in commercializing and strategically positioning their IP portfolios.

Qualifications:
Three or more years of law-practice experience with patent preparation and prosecution. Greatly prefer Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, EE or similar engineering degree.
Must have a registration number with the USPTO.
