Partner, Richard Allen, presents at the Law-Med Panel: Testing & Patenting Medical Devices

The Law-Med Workshop Series is featuring a panel discussion with Lee & Hayes partner, Richard Allen, and Dr. Kathy Tuttle. Richard will address the patent process, in addition to the litigation of patents, involving medical devices.  Dr. Tuttle will address the IRB and FDA approval process which occurs on pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
