Lee & Hayes, pllc, announces the addition of two attorneys to the patent group in its Spokane office. The attorneys bring a wide range of expertise that reflects the broad scope of the firm’s overall practice, ranging from telecommunications technology to computer hardware, software, and networking.
Rob Hartman has a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University and completed his Juris Doctor with High Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Rob previously clerked at the IP firms of MacCord Mason in Greensboro, NC and Kolisch Hartwell in Portland, OR and served on the North Carolina Law Review.
Shayne O’Reilly has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Shayne’s technical expertise includes computer hardware, software and networking, radio frequency identification systems, and mechanical devices. Prior to joining Lee & Hayes, Shayne clerked at the IP firm of MacCord Mason in Greensboro, NC. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Shayne worked as a quality engineer with IBM Corporation.
